We have an AVAYA PBX, an ACD system for automated call distribution, IVR and CMS for statistics management. All of our telephone lines are digital.
To protect our data and operation, our servers run with redundant hard disks, power supply and fans. Additionally we have a general UPS system and energy backup generator for continuous energy power.
An advanced call recording system allows 100% monitoring to improve service quality.
