When buying an item, the user is entitled to an extended warranty of an additional year to the one given by the manufacturer.
Furthermore, if the article suffers repairable damage, Iké Asistencia will:

Collect payment for the repairs needed, once the proper documentation is presented |

The valid dates will be of 365 days immediately after the expiration date of the manufacturer’s warranty |

This service will be subject to the same terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s policy |
